Great meat, great produce (minus the weird bananas), really great cheeses! It's small and you can zip right through! Lots cheaper than Kroger, too. Don't forget to take a quarter! #AisleOfShame #IYKYK
EDIT: I can't believe the reviews saying employees are not nice. One of the things I look forward to about shopping here is seeing the same, friendly faces every week!
I love Aldi and its products. I detest the customer service at this location. The women cashiers are particularly unpleasant. They carelessly scan and throw items in the cart without caring about what gets smashed under what. If they don’t like their jobs they should quit and look for a different career.
Nice lil store prices seem fair ....YOU DO NEED TO TAKE YOU OWN BAGS OR BOXES ...you bag your own items here
'Reposting my 2 star review I lost a little while ago. Had to. Typical for the Frankfort, KY type of non caring and unfriendliness from recent past!'
One person can check out people very efficiently at this store, Kroger just doesn't get it.
Cashiers get paid $16 an hour to sit and ring up and not even bag your groceries and can't even take the time to be careful with them. Travis at Frankfort store mixed up two instacart orders after I told him they were separate and was throwing stuff in my cart so fast a couple items fell on the floor... he couldn't even be bothered to get up and pick them up. And was extremely rude when I mentioned not having my receipt for the first order.. walked away from me while I was still talking
So I loved all of the stuff at great prices. However, I am handicapped and could only make it down the first isle before I was going to fall. I wish that this store would please invest in some handicapped carts. Us handicapped people enjoy good healthy sustainable food as well.
The store is usually stocked well and clean. Check out is average pace. I just wish some of the employees that have a bad attitude could check it at the door. I know working with the public can be frustrating but getting an attitude with a customer that is trying to be friendly isn't called for.
